Blackwell Wedding

Words can not describe all the emotions I went through that night. I was extremely nervous

considering this was my first time photographing a wedding but I was so excited for Katie.

She is the funniest lady. It was not hard to get a smile out of her. I had so much fun following her around on her special night capturing the moments of her wedding.

They both were very relaxed and you could tell they love each other very much.

I have to say I am a sucker for weddings. When they danced together for their first dance as husband and wife, I saw them look into each other's eyes and sing their song to one another, I kind of choked up. Ok lets not kid ourselves, I totally cried. It was a little embarrassing. I was just so happy for them. To see people love each other so much, and be so happy is really powerful. I think that is why I love weddings so much. It isn't just the party atmosphere, and the food, and decorations, it is just about two people, loving each other so much that they want to spend forever with them. This is what I really want to do, it is what I really love to do. Capture these moments for people.
